This role as a Graduate Analyst in the SAP team offers the chance to drive business transformation using HANA-based solutions.

You will engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements. Advise clients on industry-leading practices and design target state SAP solutions. Additionally, you will perform SAP configuration and tests, and develop specifications for forms, reports, and interfaces.

This role sits within the Enterprise Technology and Performance team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, helping clients achieve maximum value from digital transformation. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess process and reporting requirements.
Interest in SAP solutions and enterprise business transformation.
Ability to lead workshops and engage with clients to capture requirements and influence decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with business process documentation.
Willingness to learn rapidly and adapt to evolving SAP technologies and methodologies.

Responsibilities

Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
Advise clients on industry/cross-industry leading practices.
Design target state SAP solutions for clients.
Perform SAP configuration and tests.
Develop specifications for development of forms, reports, and interfaces.
Lead the consultant and client teams through the implementation cycle including planning and execution of testing, migration, and cutover.
Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training, and supporting users post cutover.
