Requirements

Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript is a plus).
Interest in software development and application building.
Ability to analyze problems and transform them into structured solutions.
Enjoy working in a team and discussing technical issues.
Good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

Design and configure workflows that automate business processes involving multiple teams (e.g., onboarding, IT requests, internal approvals).
Translate business processes into digital flows, defining steps, roles, and assignment rules.
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications for centralized management of requests and activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of digitalized processes by identifying inefficiencies and optimizations.
Serve as the technical reference for ongoing management of the ServiceNow platform on a portfolio of structured clients.
Focus on operational oversight and optimization of solutions in operation.
