In this role, you will collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats, which may include field and site visits. You will also contribute to feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective, and support contract management by coordinating activities of subcontractors and suppliers.

This position offers hands-on exposure to project management and the opportunity to build core planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. You will work within established project management plans to achieve specific goals and help drive change for your community.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work independently on data collection and analysis tasks.
- Familiarity with change management programs to address process shortcomings.
- Experience supporting contract management and coordinating subcontractors or suppliers.
- Capability to contribute to feasibility studies and document findings.
- Proficiency in using knowledge management systems to support others.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple project tasks and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats, including field and site visits.
- Identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, and procedures, and use established change management programs to address them.
- Help others get the most out of knowledge management systems by offering support and advice.
- Contribute to and support feasibility studies from a technological and organizational perspective, and document findings.
- Deliver required outcomes by coordinating activities of subcontractors and suppliers and acting as a primary point of contact for them.
- Carry out product development and engineering activities, including development of engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Work within an established project management plan to achieve specific goals.
