Requirements

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
0-1 years of experience in Production, Line assembly, or Quality.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S principles, Six Sigma, logistics, and supply chain management.
Good problem-solving skills and strong process discipline.

Responsibilities

Work in Production, Line assembly, and Quality to support manufacturing processes.
Apply lean manufacturing and 5S principles to improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Operate and maintain various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
Support logistics and supply chain management activities.
Contribute to problem-solving and maintain strong process discipline.
Assist in quality control using Six Sigma principles.
