Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 0-1 years of experience in Production, Line assembly, or Quality.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S principles, Six Sigma, logistics, and supply chain management.
- Good problem-solving skills and strong process discipline.
Responsibilities
- Work in Production, Line assembly, and Quality to support manufacturing processes.
- Apply lean manufacturing and 5S principles to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Operate and maintain various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
- Support logistics and supply chain management activities.
- Contribute to problem-solving and maintain strong process discipline.
- Assist in quality control using Six Sigma principles.
