Join our new Business Unit dedicated to commercial prospecting as an SDR.

Your key objective is to identify, qualify, and generate high-potential leads for field sales targeting ETI and large accounts. Detect opportunities via multichannel prospecting including email, phone, and LinkedIn. Generate maximum qualified appointments for sales engineers while building effective prospecting strategies.

Follow KPIs closely, contribute to process improvements, and support client loyalty alongside the sales team. Work at the heart of our growth strategy in a dynamic environment focused on IT optimization. Benefit from tailored accompaniment for digital transformation projects.

Evolve rapidly to Team Lead SDR at national level, managing 2-3 SDRs, piloting performances, and structuring the team. Thrive in a booming sector of cybersecurity, IT, cloud, and connectivity. The CDI position is available immediately in Villeurbanne.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years experience in B2B prospecting or sedentary sales
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable in writing and oral communication
  • Results-oriented with a taste for challenge, resilient, and autonomous
  • Good mastery of CRM and prospecting tools
  • Knowledge of IT challenges (cloud, cybersecurity, telecoms) a plus
  • Managerial potential to build and pilot your own team

Responsibilities

  • Detect and qualify opportunities via multichannel prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Generate maximum qualified appointments for sales engineers
  • Build and develop prospecting strategies and opportunity detection
  • Closely follow KPIs and contribute to process improvements
  • Participate in client loyalty support for the sales team
  • As Team Lead (possible evolution): accompany 2-3 SDRs, pilot performances, and structure the team
