Hologram is building the future of IoT connectivity, delivering internet access to millions of connected devices for fleet operations, asset monitoring, and smart infrastructure worldwide. We're looking for a competitive Account Executive to join our Sales team and bring connectivity solutions to new businesses. This high-impact role suits those motivated by results, eager to build pipeline, and energized by turning conversations into revenue.
As an Account Executive, you'll act as a hunter closing new business from outbound prospecting and lead generation through first revenue. Source pipeline, manage evaluation cycles, navigate complex deals, and effectively run deal cycles. Communicate the value of Hologram’s platform to multiple personas across diverse customer bases.
Report to the VP of Sales and partner with Business Development, Strategic Accounts, Product, and Marketing to drive pipeline and revenue growth. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to optimize productivity. Support a rapidly growing organization with product or process improvements.

Requirements
- 3+ years of sales and closing experience within a complex sales funnel specific to Wireless and/or IoT
- Formal value selling training (Force Management, Challenger, etc.); MEDDIC preferred
- IoT sales background experience
- Thrives in ambiguity
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in SFDC, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Passion for determining customer needs and ensuring phenomenal experiences at every touchpoint
- Ability to take broad goals and turn them into specific plans, working through obstacles

Benefits
- $130,000 base + commission
- Total annual target compensation of $260,000, split 50/50 between base and commission
