Headquartered in Paris, it has offices in Dubai, Lebanon and Saudi Arabia. The firm provides Salesforce CRM Implementation and Cloud Consulting services across the Gulf region.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing and high-performing team. The BDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients, supporting the sales team, and helping build a strong pipeline of opportunities. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to launch a career in sales.

Day-to-day involves researching competitors, leads, prospects, customer base, company history, market and industry trends. Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails and social media to generate qualified leads, schedule meetings with potential leads, and maintain accurate records of outreach activities. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns to expand market reach.

Continuously learn about the company’s products/services, industry landscape, and Salesforce CRM while supporting the sales team with presentations and proposals. Work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment covering Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Qatar, UAE, KSA, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Iraq. Accountable for assigned goals and strive to exceed performance targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Arabic
  • Excellent time management and organization
  • Adaptability and ability to work well under pressure – Able to handle challenging situations
  • Active listening skills – Creativity
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, and CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Research competitors, leads, prospects, customer base, company history, market and industry trends
  • Identify potential clients across various channels (LinkedIn, market research)
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails and social media to generate qualified leads
  • Schedule meetings with potential leads
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, leads and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and initiatives aimed at generating leads and expanding market reach
  • Continuously learn about our Company’s products/services, the industry landscape, and Salesforce CRM
  • Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials
