This high-energy Sales Development Representative role provides pre-sales support by servicing inbound sales inquiries.

The role focuses on engaging and qualifying prospective customers as one of the first touch points in the sales cycle. Manage inbound leads for bridge and rental clients through phone, email, events, webinar follow-ups, and campaigns. Make 80 to 100 dials a day while separating Market Qualified Leads from Qualified Leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or equivalent preferred
  • 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
  • Experience with high volume outbound calls
  • Intellectually curious with a keen interest in real estate or mortgage
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads for bridge and rental clients
  • Educate and develop inbound leads through prospecting via phone, email, events, webinar follow-ups, and campaigns
  • Make 80 to 100 dials a day
  • Identify and develop understanding of lead generation processes
  • Support marketing activities and prospect touch-points
  • Hand off qualified leads to Account Executives
  • Separate Market Qualified Leads from Qualified Leads
