As SDR, you focus on prospection and development of the DACH region, acting as the interface between marketing and sales before the sales process. You gather relevant information on potential customers to identify the best fit for our target group. After qualifying leads, you book first appointments for Account Executives handling demos, contracts, and closing.

Supported by a dedicated team that puts people first, you pursue the clear goal of becoming Europe's leading provider in business expense management. Your work involves personalizing outreach to decision makers via phone, LinkedIn, and email. You attend trade shows and events to build contacts while updating CRM data.

Phone acquisition makes up 90% of your time, targeting 60 calls per day, with creative approaches to generate outbound leads. Depending on your performance, you have the opportunity to develop into an Account Executive. This role offers dynamic growth in a fast-expanding Fintech environment.

Requirements

  • Fluent German in spoken and written form, proficient in English
  • Hunter mindset, creative, positive attitude and dynamic personality
  • Think out of the box and find new ways to achieve goals
  • No fear of picking up the phone to convince potential customers

Responsibilities

  • Contact decision makers via phone, LinkedIn, email and personalize outreach to generate, qualify outbound leads and book sales meetings
  • Creatively search for new ways to generate leads
  • Conduct phone acquisition for 90% of work time, targeting 60 calls per day
  • Attend trade shows and events to network and meet potential customers
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM
  • Qualify leads by gathering information to identify best fit for target group
  • Book first appointments for Account Executives after lead qualification
