Transition out of accounting while utilizing your past experience and join a high-growth tech company. Our BDR team consists of former accountants starting sales careers. Target key stakeholders in finance and accounting functions within the CFO's office.

Cultivate new business opportunities by creating outreach strategies to build rapport with senior executives. Develop prospecting lists using internet sources, social media, referrals, and inbound leads. Build outbound communication strategies including phone, email, and social media.

Meet daily and weekly activity targets for conversations with influencers, scheduling qualifying calls, and converting prospects to demos for Account Executives. Track progress in Salesforce and collaborate cross-functionally with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Management. Thrive in a fast-paced environment driven by team wins and commissions.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate new business opportunities and create outreach strategies to build rapport with senior level executives at potential clients
  • Develop and maintain an effective level of understanding of client barriers while strategizing FloQast solutions
  • Utilize all available means to create robust prospecting lists including internet sources, social media, referrals, and inbound leads
  • Build effective outbound communication strategies for sales prospecting including phone outreach, email, and social media
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly activity targets for conversations with key influencers, scheduling qualifying calls, and converting prospects to demos
  • Track progress and document activities in Salesforce
  • Effectively work cross-functionally with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Management
