Work with Hatch and client project teams to deliver high-quality results, including analysis of technical performance indicators, costs, risks, and financial models for investment decisions. Research, review, clean, and analyze data to develop value-add solutions for complex challenges. Create client-facing presentations, proposals, reports, and spreadsheets.

Collaborate with diverse teams in an exciting environment applying academic learning daily. Benefit from a flat organizational structure fostering openness and participation. Build practical solutions that are safe, innovative, and sustainable across global projects.

Requirements

  • Recent university graduate
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English
  • Strong analytical skills for data review and financial modeling
  • Interest in advisory consulting for mining, energy, and infrastructure
  • Ability to handle complex business challenges
  • Comfortable with international travel and co-location with teams

Responsibilities

  • Analyze businesses’ technical performance indicators and costs
  • Identify, rank, and manage risks
  • Develop financial models to support investment decisions
  • Research, review, clean, and analyze data for value-add solutions
  • Create and design client-facing presentations, proposals, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Work on a variety of projects across industries, geographies, and types
  • Undertake frequent international travel to client sites or other Hatch offices
  • Develop general business project skills or depth in industry/functional specialization
