TransferConnect processes points earning and fulfillment for hundreds of banks and fintechs. The mission centers on maximizing value for millions of loyalty members while upholding system reliability and scalability standards.

As a Graduate Engineer you participate in technical projects and client deliveries that expand product offerings globally. Daily work includes shipping high-quality code, assisting with API design, and learning the cloud infrastructure that supports these systems.

The role offers end-to-end ownership of problems and direct collaboration with Product and Partnerships teams. Engineers share technical knowledge, gain domain exposure, and fast-track toward subject-matter expertise within a rapidly expanding organization.

Requirements

Minimum degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (fresh graduates or recent graduates in 2025/2026)
Strong computer science foundation with interest in cloud systems architecture, networking, databases, and distributed systems
Experience or project work in at least one backend language; Ruby experience preferred but strong aptitude to become proficient is essential
Basic experience building frontends in vanilla JS or modern frameworks is an added advantage
Genuine interest in building things and using technology to solve real-world problems with simple, elegant solutions

Responsibilities

Participate in technical projects and client deliveries that expand Ascenda's product offerings globally
Ship high-quality code while maintaining standards for reliability and scalability from day one
Assist in designing and implementing elegant APIs and supporting cloud infrastructure
Own problems from end to end while managing complexity across cross-functional teams
Collaborate with engineers on technical skills sharing and absorb domain exposure
