You will support Business Support Team by providing high-quality administrative assistance to help the team meet its commitments efficiently.

In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Iberia Business Support team on activities such as managing interactions with Healthcare Professionals and coordinating events. Work with autonomy, following general guidelines and prioritizing tasks according to internal policies and procedures. Provide high-quality support to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Compliance, Law, Languages, Tourism, or similar fields, with an interest in developing within an international company
  • Fluent Spanish and English (B2 level or above)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer-service orientation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Any short previous experience in service-oriented support roles considered a plus
  • Experience in meeting or event planning valued

Responsibilities

  • Manage interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders involved in the Engage HCP process
  • Coordinate and support the logistics of events and meetings, both on-site and off-site
  • Provide general administrative and marketing support to the Iberia Business Support team
  • Prioritize tasks according to internal policies and procedures
  • Assist the team in meeting commitments efficiently through high-quality administrative support
  • Follow general guidelines while working with autonomy
