As a Graduate Engineer, you will support the delivery of construction-based projects. Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in our journey towards a water-resilient world.

You will assist the team in managing, coordinating and delivering projects on time and on budget. Reporting to the Project Manager, the position is supported by Project Engineers, Supervisors and Field Crew. This role is based out of our office in Scoresby.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical), Construction Management or equivalent
  • Previous experience in managing construction-based projects
  • Determined mindset and results-orientated approach to work
  • Exceptional technical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Exposure to rail/road culverts, wastewater, stormwater and/or potable water networks desirable

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of construction-based projects
  • Assist the team in managing projects
  • Coordinate project activities to ensure on-time delivery
  • Help deliver projects on budget
  • Collaborate with Project Engineers, Supervisors and Field Crew
  • Apply technical skills to construction challenges in water infrastructure
