About this role

Pennoni is hiring a Graduate Civil Engineer to contribute to multi-discipline site design projects on a full-time, direct basis at the Warrington, PA office. This role offers opportunities to work on municipal as well as land and site development projects. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Assist Project Engineers in the Municipal department while reviewing land development plans and submissions. Contribute to site layout, zoning planning, site grading, and stormwater calculation submissions. Prepare site plans, grading plans, utility plans, stormwater management reports, erosion and sediment control plans, construction details, and applications.

Work collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision, displaying a positive attitude. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills in an energetic and challenging work environment while multi-tasking and prioritizing assignments. Proficiency with engineering CADD software, especially AutoCAD, supports daily contributions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
FE / EIT preferred
Experience working on greenfield / land development projects a plus
Proficiency with engineering CADD software, especially AutoCAD; Civil 3D a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision and positive attitude
Excellent organizational skills for multi-tasking and prioritizing in an energetic work environment
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Responsibilities

Assist Project Engineers in the Municipal department
Review land development plans and submissions

Contribute to site development and design including preparation of site plans, grading plans, utility plans, stormwater management reports, erosion and sediment control plans, construction details, and applications
Perform additional tasks as assigned
