About this role
The Sales Development Representative is the entry-level role on OFX’s Corporate B2B Sales team in London. The position focuses on sourcing, qualifying and enriching leads to support Business Development Managers and expand the client base across financial services and fintech.
Day-to-day work centres on cold calling, networking and research to generate interest with financial decision makers. Representatives present OFX’s global payments, corporate cards and risk-management solutions as a viable business partner while maintaining accurate CRM records.
The role sits within a growing EMEA sales division that emphasises collaboration, mentorship and an inclusive culture. Employee-led networks and structured leadership programmes provide ongoing support and equitable opportunity at every stage.
Comprehensive in-house training, both team and one-to-one, equips new hires with product knowledge and telephone skills. Consistent high performance opens a clear, merit-based path to the Business Development Manager team.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent telephone manner

Responsibilities
- Cold call, network and research to qualify prospects
- Generate initial interest in OFX with financial decision makers within targeted organisations
- Present OFX as a valuable proposition and viable business partner
- Work closely with the BDM team to track qualified prospects and ensure a smooth customer journey
- Manage personal sales pipeline and complete associated administrative tasks
- Attend and actively participate in weekly sales meetings
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of sales activity into the CRM system
