Requirements
- First-class or high 2:1 bachelor’s degree, master's degree or PhD in any discipline
- Strong project management skills
- Strong people management skills
- Drive to take on responsibility
- Determination to solve clients’ challenges using judgment and expertise
- Interest in consultancy and project management in automotive, aerospace or robotics
- Willingness to travel for client site work
Responsibilities
- Develop deep insight into clients' people, processes, systems and data to complete diagnostics and reporting
- Build strong relationships and become a trusted, knowledgeable advisor to clients
- Shape solutions, propose project plans and support cross-functional resources to deliver outcomes
- Support deployments and development of technical and software tools and solutions
- Work with senior consultants to shape future strategy through internal improvement initiatives
- Travel to client sites for on-site work, keeping it local where possible and home for Friday evenings
- Attend monthly Friday workshops at London offices to review projects and connect with the team
