Requirements

First-class or high 2:1 bachelor’s degree, master's degree or PhD in any discipline
Strong project management skills
Strong people management skills
Drive to take on responsibility
Determination to solve clients’ challenges using judgment and expertise
Interest in consultancy and project management in automotive, aerospace or robotics
Willingness to travel for client site work

Responsibilities

Develop deep insight into clients' people, processes, systems and data to complete diagnostics and reporting
Build strong relationships and become a trusted, knowledgeable advisor to clients
Shape solutions, propose project plans and support cross-functional resources to deliver outcomes
Support deployments and development of technical and software tools and solutions
Work with senior consultants to shape future strategy through internal improvement initiatives
Travel to client sites for on-site work, keeping it local where possible and home for Friday evenings
Attend monthly Friday workshops at London offices to review projects and connect with the team
